In 1994, we started out marketing, selling and building pre-cut log kits from several name brand manufacturers. We eventually realized two important business facts (1) pre-cut kits are expensive and (2) pre-cut kits are inflexible. Now we market, sell and build our own log home packages that are every bit as good if not better than what you see in the magazines, BUT at substantially lower prices. We use Graded, 8" x 8" Tongue and Groove, KILN DRIED, White Pine Heartwood, Milled logs. We use Blue Max screws, the best log fastener with maximum grip and the best log home sealants (Sikaflex and Norton Foams) for a professional installation. Cutting to length is done on site which allows for design changes during construction and tight joints. We offer design assistance using Chief Architect.
